Tehran is prepared to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States provided that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue was effective, and revealed fresh requests had come from mediators to restart negotiations with the American leadership. He claimed Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Iran could not yet allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to visit bombed nuclear sites for security reasons.
